Do not download. It doesnt work properly. Had a free coffee perk and then the next day the money was taken from my account for that same coffee. Another time I had $5.36 showing and paid for a coffee and the woman said I owed $1.34. Its awful. Just awful. Very disappointing. Giving one star because you cant give anything. Would like my money back.

Terrible app. Never works. Such a waste to "reload" money when you cant use the app. So disappointed!!!

Ive had the app awhile now and the last couple of months have been very frustrating. Ill pull up the app and it wont have the credit information. Some times it will load before I get to the store, many times not and I have to dig for my wallet.

Until I had to update the exp date on my credit card. It stopped reloading, the email help was no help and no one ever answers the 800 # for service. I stayed on hold three time for at least a half hour before I finally gave up. The web site has my correct credit card info and says auto reload is on, but it wont. So Im done.

My account has been hacked twice - bogus charges from Brooklyn and Georgia on different cards. Auto-reload is a Terrible idea unless you want to give your money away. No response from Dunkin donuts customer service. Stick with cash - its safer!!

Crap app. Works anywhere else but at the store. Very Disappointed. Not buyin DD stuff till the app works again!

I thought the app would make it easier to pay and use your card at the stores, and get rewards or something, but it won’t auto reload, and there are not rewards in the card. You have to hunt for them in your e-mail. What a hassle. II’ve been stuck at 41 cents for 58 days (the app indicates that) and I’ve have even been in contact with “customer support”, who told me it was fixed. It was not. Don’t bother with this app.

When I open the app, 4 out of 5 times a box pops up saying they are experiencing technical difficulties--doesnt matter if I am on wifi or using cellular data, morning or night. Wont let me reload my DD card on the app, I have to go in store to add funds. I see that there is a new app but Im leery to try it until I see the reviews.

Crawls and sometimes doesnt work. Infrastructure needs to be beefed up Im guessing. New englanders clogging up servers

Ive had issues with the app being unable to reload properly via Apple Pay. Now Im unable to reload the app via my debit card as well. The app doesnt update upon launch, and I constantly get error messages. I love Dunkin but this is one of the worst large corporate apps Ive ever seen on iOS. Dreadful in every way.

Such a big franchise and they cant afford a good app. Smh

This app does come in handy. Has some issues but overall its a decent app.

Do not use the "one time reload" feature. Your credit card maybe charged but the money will not be applied to your Dunkin Card. When you call customer service, they will tell you there is nothing they can do!!!

Despite that I like dd coffee. My experience with the dd card has been nothing but a disappointment. Theres zero costumer support. I have been waiting for a refund for months now and DD doesnt seem to care. I have sent multiples emails asking for the status of my claim only to be completely ignored. I wish I like Starbucks more to happily change coffee brand.

What did you do to the auto-reload? Used to work great but now I have to manually reload my card. Please fix.

Severely needs an update. The only app I have that hasnt changed since the iPhone 5. Still just as much a pain to use now as it was then.

This app used to offer coupons and work well. Coupons have stopped, special offers have stopped and the app quality has declined.
