When you hold your phone out for an employee to scan be careful. They could not be paying attention and spike your phone under you car in a wet lot. Damage your phone and no one will assume responsibility. Not the employee, not the store, not corporate who have ignored my emails. Use the card.

Some of the icons are seriously large and pixelated. I really like Apple Pay support but it should be easier to set it as a payment method. When I enter Apple Pay it tells me something went wrong. Turn out you have to open Settings go to Wallet and select an address for each card. And I should be able to add gift card to my Passbook app. Put out a decent app already bc these features have been here forever

I have the new app. I emailed DD about not seeing my transactions especially when one of their cashiers accidentally made a mistake on my order several days ago. Its been over 24hrs as DD app said transactions could take that long to show. I was just emailed to download the new app in which I stated I already have which updated on 4/11/16.

This new app isnt working for me. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and this new app wont even let me log in. Im able to login to the old app. I have even tried to reset the password with the new app and never even got a link. Highly disappointed and frustrated.

Crazy in 2016 to still have an app that doesnt fit correctly to an iPhone screen. App needs a fair amount of work.

Great job. Release a new app, disable the old app, and tie up my money. Thats some business model. I cant sign into the new app, as its telling me my email address isnt valid and I cant use the old app, due to a "technical difficulty". You ever think of, I dont know, testing an app before you roll it out? My favorite part of the old app was when there was a connection issue, you blamed it on my provider and not your server. Amazing deflection. Im deleting the apps and removing my payment information. The rewards program was lame and the number of times I couldnt use the app was ridiculous. No thanks.

Wont work with my Apple Pay (which works with everything else Ive used it with)

I hadnt used my account in about a month and when I went to use the app it showed $0 balance and the $100 gift card I had received as a gift was erased as if it had never existed. Dunkin Donuts is a bastard thieving company with loose morals and no integrity. DO NOT USE THIS APP or link your debit/credit card to it unless you want to make involuntary donations of all your money to this treacherous company. Additionally, the perks that I had earned over the last couple of months have also disappeared from the app. Expect illegal activity on your phone if you choose to use this app. Apple please remove this app from the app store for violations of the TOS.

I logged out of this app to open up the new one, & now neither one works. I cant access my card to pay, because Im locked out of my acct, due to "technical error"

Auto reload doesnt work. Said it reloaded on the 8th (in the history section that it did) and my card is showing $0..after no purchases. Where did the money go??? Please fix....

App does not recognize the login credentials to my original account. Tried using the forgot password link, but it doesnt send an email to reset the password. Finally attempted to just sign up for a new account, which returned a message that I needed to use valid information. Does not look like I will be using the new app...

This app doesnt work well. It kicks me out all the time and I can never get my card information. It needs your be enhanced

I tried to use Apple Pay to reload my DD card and it took the money but never reloaded. I tried twice at $10. I waited after the first $10 for about two weeks so figured I would try again and the same thing happened. I wrote DD an email and got no response so I guess I loose out on $20. Im thinking about the new app thats out but after reading there reviews Im scared to even install it. The perks arent all that good anymore either. I see people using regular coupons more then I get perks with this app. I love DD coffee but if it works like this and the perks stay the same Ill start going to wawa were the coffee is have the price. I just hate those cheep paper cups wawa uses.

It took a little while to get used to, but it keeps great track of your bonus points and every $20 ish you get a free coffee. Good sales. Recharge in seconds with Apple Pay.

Please fix the original version before updating with a new one. My phone is not compatible with the new version. Need to access this one.

Installed, loaded $25, bought one coffee. Next day the balance is $0, bar code card is gone. Contacted customer service, they asked for info - name, date, credit card, DAN. And then - went silent.

Wow talk about a app that needs a total refresh, the app itself looks like its from like five years ago its buggy looks bad I think you guys need to look at the Starbucks app for example to get an idea what your app should look like and act come on guys get with the program Use at your own risk guys, Im not too sure to be loading features work all that well And GPU is always running their is no reason this app always need to know your location that I can tell of

The app worked really well for over a year. Then the perks became few and far between and the app quit working at all. Im about to give up on it.
