Great job. Release a new app, disable the old app, and tie up my money. Thats some business model. I cant sign into the new app, as its telling me my email address isnt valid and I cant use the old app, due to a "technical difficulty". You ever think of, I dont know, testing an app before you roll it out? My favorite part of the old app was when there was a connection issue, you blamed it on my provider and not your server. Amazing deflection. Im deleting the apps and removing my payment information. The rewards program was lame and the number of times I couldnt use the app was ridiculous. No thanks.
