Cant login, username or password error displays. Tried to Reset password twice and am able to sign on to web site fine, so its the app. There not getting any business from me until its fixed.

I dont bother refilling my account through the app (Ive gotta a thing against putting my credit card information through 3rd party apps) So, I cant talk about that part of the update. However, the rest of the app works great!

They need to put there updated app up so every time I sign in I dont have to see BS pop up telling me about a new version coming out.

I have credit gift cards that have less than $1 on them and the only way I can load them was to go to the local Duncan doughnuts and ask the cashier to load one of them. So it will be easy if I can load lower money on to my DD card on my phone.

This is so confusing. You released a totally new app that was supposedly a replacement for this one and kept asking people to "upgrade" to the new version, but now you are making changes to the old application. Get it together guys!

After numerous complaints I stopped using this app. I would have a balance on the app and I could not use it because it wouldnt show my balance. I sent several emails about the problem and all they would do is give me a credit for a coffee. I uninstalled and reinstall and the same problem would present itself again and again. Save the aggravation and pay cash!!! Not worth it at all...

This version takes forever to reload. Balance doesnt update automatically. Doesnt auto reload. New and exciting NOT

nothing has changed. bug fixes?!? basic functionality is still not fixed?!? app loads. great. shows my dd card. great. shows my dd perks. great. shows my history. still a big nope. what happened to the new and exciting app? i give it two stars cause it at least functions in the regards of being able to pay and reload.

Ive never had an app that just HARDLY ever works. Its insane.

Ive been using the app everyday to pay for my daily Dunkin items. App loads fast, transaction is nice and easy and the balance is updated immediately. Any people having problems with this, I think they need a phone upgrade.

App could use some work on design and functionality. DD has a long way to go until it catches Starbucks.

The "new" Dunkin Donuts app has been out for a few months now, yet the old app is still receiving updates. Heres an idea, Dunkin Donuts app developers: get rid of this old app and focus on fixing and improving the new one. You may need to hire a brand new app developer team to do this, considering the current state of both of your identical apps!

I had a small balance left on my DD app (under $20) after doing the update yesterday and attempting to use my app today the cashier informed me I had a zero balance. When I go to look at my transaction history it states it is not available. The app has been clunky and unresponsive at best most of the time but now it is beginning to look like the developers have no clue and/or are actually making us pay for the free coffees we earn in a fraudulent manner. Based upon previous reviews from previous versions this is an ongoing issue. Dont waste your time or your money downloading this app it will mysteriously have your money evaporate.

Was a good app. Dont get the discount offers or coupons like it used to have. Dont use it anymore

Its great for paying or redeeming rewards - when it works. The problem is it will sometimes (ahem, often) stall upon loading, and then you have to use your wallet to pay. Kind of defeats the purpose.

When will the Dunkin Donuts app come out for the Windows Phone?

I am now happy again with the app as Apple Pay seems to be working well again! During the dark days I was glad the store accepted Apple Pay at the register for card reloads. Technically the problem was probably not with the app itself but with servers or software as Apple Pay got fixed without an app update after many months of unreliability. It is true that it can take a little effort sometimes to get the app to display ones cards but for those who are not terribly time-pressed it is usually possible. For paying and earning points on ones purchase one can always use Wallet to display the card to the cashier as long as the card is registered and one has a rough idea of how much is on the card. I would definitely give 5 stars if ones cards showed up instantly with their correct balances as obviously they should. I find that my available DD perks usually show up in the app before the cards.

I use the app for over a year with no problem. However, today I went to use the app and had $15 on a Dunkin Donuts card on the app but when I paid Dunkin Donuts that I old them when my total price was less than what I had on the card. I shouldve still had three or four dollars left on the card, not knowing them. Now in afraid to use the other cards on my app.

The points dont always get credited as the perks are advertised. Also, the balance on the app does not always update. If I dont pay attention to what I spend, it will show money available but my balance will be much lower. Tired of the app!!!

I love Dunkin. I got a minimum of once a day. But this app is terrible. My cards never load on the app and I always get jipped out of the points towards a free beverage.
