Worked fine for over a year, but today it stole my money.

I use the app for over a year with no problem. However, today I went to use the app and had $15 on a Dunkin Donuts card on the app but when I paid Dunkin Donuts that I old them when my total price was less than what I had on the card. I shouldve still had three or four dollars left on the card, not knowing them. Now in afraid to use the other cards on my app.
