It freezes so I cant use it at dunkin donuts. I had a free birthday drink that disappeared. I finally was able to use it, so I emptied it and decided to go back to Starbucks.

It will keep charging your credit card even when you dont buy anything from Dunkin! Dont know if its done on purpose fraudulently or if its an App problem. Either way Do Not Use it!!

The app is great but, there should definitely be an option for adding a receipt. like for example scanning your receipt with the camera. Then it should ask you questions like is this the correct amount? Is this the right items on your receipt? so then you could get awards for cash and debit/credit purchases.

I was using the app for almost a year with no problems until it kept kicking me out after I used it. It had a big circle with a slash through it after each use. I had to re-enter my card each time, which got frustrating so I stopped. I then purchased a $25 card on the app and it never showed up. Emailed DDd and never got a response. Been saving a ton of money not using it though...harder to hand over cash then a card on the phone. Bad app and no support.

So far financially everything has worked - I put money on my digital card fine and scanning it is easy. Layout is outdated and very iOS 5ish, but its very functional and effective for me.
