Very disappointing
Despite that I like dd coffee. My experience with the dd card has been nothing but a disappointment. Theres zero costumer support. I have been waiting for a refund for months now and DD doesnt seem to care. I have sent multiples emails asking for the status of my claim only to be completely ignored. I wish I like Starbucks more to happily change coffee brand.
