Until I had to update the exp date on my credit card. It stopped reloading, the email help was no help and no one ever answers the 800 # for service. I stayed on hold three time for at least a half hour before I finally gave up.
The web site has my correct credit card info and says auto reload is on, but it wont. So Im done.
